Daniel 12:4 (CSB)
“But you, Daniel, keep these words secret and seal the book until the time of the end. Many will roam about, and knowledge will increase.”
The meaning of this verse points to end times, when many will search for the understanding of the prophecies of Daniel, which were sealed until the time of the end. The more understanding of Daniel’s prophecies that people have, the more knowledge they gain. The spiritual veil will be lifted. It indicates, the Jewish people who become believers in Jesus as their Messiah, who during the tribulation gain understanding and insight into the prophecies of Daniel.
When the spiritual veil is lifted, the spiritual blindness that existed before becoming a believer, in Jesus Christ, is removed. This is for all believers in Jesus, whether Jew or Gentile. Finally, one day, the veil is removed completely by God and all nations shall walk in the Light of the Lord.

The nations will walk by its light and the kings of the earth will bring their glory into it.
Isaiah 60:3 (CSB)
Nations will come to your light, and kings to your shining brightness.
