Isaiah 46:9-10 (CSB)
Remember what happened long ago, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God and no one is like me. I declare the end from the beginning, and from long ago what is not yet done, saying: my plan will take place, and I will do all my will.
God has a plan and no one or anything can stop or alter His plan. God’s plan will take place at the exact times that He wants it to. God has everything under control.
Habakkuk 2:3 (CSB)
For the vision is yet for the appointed time; it testifies about the end and will not lie. Though it delays, wait for it, since it will certainly come and not be late.
Habakkuk from the Old Testament of the Bible was given a vision of the future from God, about 2,600 years ago. It was a vision of end time events. Even though a great length of time, in human years, has passed, the vision is the Word of God and it will come to pass.
2 Peter 3:8-9 (CSB)
Dear friends, don’t overlook this one fact: with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day. The Lord does not delay his promise, as some understand delay, but is patient with you, not wanting any to perish but all to come to repentance.
God’s word is final. He has told us what will happen in the end times and last days, through the prophets, and it is written down in the Holy Bible for all of us to read and to gain knowledge from.
Hebrews 4:16 (CSB)
Therefore, let us approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in time of need.
