Proverbs 3:5-8 (CSB)
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding; in all your ways know him, and he will make your paths straight. Don’t be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and turn away from evil. This will be healing for your body, and strengthening for your bones.
When problems and indecision arise in your life, don’t rely on your own understanding. Acknowledge God at all times, talk to Him and tell Him what’s troubling you because He listens to all you say. Don’t expect solutions to be instant every time, as God’s timing is different to ours. You need patience and trust in God. Help will come, sometimes in a most unusual and unexpected way!
We all go through different trials and tribulations, all of our lives, but if we trust God with all of our heart He will straighten out our lives to make them more peaceful and enjoyable. As the above scripture tells us, it will be healing for our body and strengthening for our bones. We have to respect God, turn away from evil, trust God 100% to solve our problems, and acknowledge and talk to God daily.
Dear God,
Help us all to get to know you better and to talk to you each and every day. To ask you for your help, grace and mercy in our lives. To trust you 100% and to be patient as we wait for your help to be sent to us. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
