Proverbs 28:18 (CSB)
The one who lives with integrity will be helped, but one who distorts right and wrong will suddenly fall.
To live with integrity is to live as God wants us to, by living an honest, upright life. Living in this way will bring us God’s help and protection. The one who distorts right and wrong is being deceitful, and living a perverse life. Often, as they go through life, they will suddenly fall unexpectedly and face severe ruin because of their crooked ways. Character is more important than dishonest gain.
Dear God,
Help us to always live the life that you want us to live; an honest, righteous life. We are very thankful for the help and protection that you give us each and every day. Thank you for being by our side. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
