Psalms 145:18-20 (CSB)
The LORD is near all who call out to him, all who call out to him with integrity. He fulfills the desires of those who fear him; he hears their cry for help and saves them. The LORD guards all those who love him, but he destroys all the wicked.
King David is the author of psalm 145. God is near all who call out to him with integrity. To call out to God with truth and honesty is to call out with integrity. God fulfills the desires of those who respect him. God hears people’s cry for help and He will save them. When people love God, He will protect them. All wicked people will be destroyed. Anyone calling out to God with truth and sincerity, and who loves God will be protected and saved by Him from the destruction of the wicked.
Dear God,
We are thankful for your protection. Thank you for hearing us when we call out to you. Thank you for the help you give us when we are in need of your help. We will always love and respect you God and stay close to you. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
